Best Dance & Talent Center's Covid-19 Protocol
We continue to do everything we can to mitigate risk and prevent exposure among the dancers, faculty and staff. Everyone is practicing social distancing, wearing face coverings, disinfecting barres, floors, and any other surfaces the dancers might touch between every class. A government-approved cleaner is used in the studio to kept everyone safe.
Prior to entering the studio…
Everyone is required to answer COVID-19 questions, wear a mask(ages 2 & up),
temperature is taken, and hand sanitizer is required.
What You Can Expect this Season due to COVID-19:
Everyone entering and exiting BEST will be required to use hand sanitizer (it is provided).
Classes are staggered to reduce the number of students entering and exiting the building at one time.
In each studio, we have created social/physical distance boxes. Using colorful tape to help guide students and to practice our rights and lefts.
All students will come dressed, ready for class. Students will require a dance bag for their dance shoes, a water bottle and to put their outside clothing in. Dance bags are placed in an individualized basket .
One parent or caregiver is permitted inside the studio with dancers in the following classes; all Preschool-Dance Classes (Ballet, Pre Tap, and Hip Hop). No other parents or family members (including siblings) will be allowed into the studio.
Dancers/Parents must complete BEST Covid-19 Screener/Tracking each day their child comes into the studio.
Any parent coming into BEST must wear a mask.
If a child or anyone in the household is feeling ill, your dancer is not permitted to attend class. In this instance, the dancer is encouraged to participate in class via Zoom at home.
Class sizes are limited based on size and government regulations.
We will implement any other safety protocols required by the government if city guidelines change.
Thank you for your cooperation!
We cannot do this without you. BEST Dance & Talent Center has taken every measure possible to keep our dancers, teachers, and staff healthy and safe. All dancers who are feeling unwell, have a fever or can not answer no to the screening questions are asked to stay home and take class virtually. Thank you for doing your part to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
